Victoriano Travieso Morales

Short Biography

Victoriano worked as a legal assistant within the corporate finance department of one of London’s top five global law firms.

In 2001, he was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors for England & Wales. For the next ten years, he worked for Dutch international law firms in Barcelona, serving as an English solicitor and a Spanish abogado.

In 2013 and 2014, Victoriano was admitted to insolvency administration and arbitration for Spain, which further extended his expertise and scope of knowledge.

Before founding StepInLaw, Victoriano also worked as a senior lawyer advising English-speaking individuals and companies with judicial conflicts of interest in any part of Spain.

  • Legal Practice Course from the BPP Law School in London
  • PG DIP in Legal Studies from the London South Bank University
  • LLM in legal aspects of Marine Affairs from the University of Wales, Cardiff
