Short Biography

Borja completed his legal practice in Barcelona’s School of Legal Practice post-graduation and took specialisation courses in Gender Violence and Minor Jurisdiction.

Borja has more than 20 years of extensive experience in Spain’s criminal, civil, and employment courts.

His knowledge and expertise in various legal procedures include handling criminal litigation proceedings, immigration registration processes, Golden Visa applications and labour litigation.
